Renowned hairstylist Jessica Tingley has made a name for herself in the beauty industry by uniquely accentuating every woman's glamour in a simple and natural way. Jessica started her career almost twenty years ago in her native Michigan, and eventually moved to Los Angeles, where she quickly became one of Hollywood's top hairstylists, working on fashion shoots with top photographers and styling celebrities for red carpet events. Her work with celebrities such as Heidi Klum, Mandy Moore, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Kate Bosworth, and Martha Stewart, solidified her standing as a beauty expert and has garnered her growing recognition.
Growing up with her with her Mother and Grandmother as hairstylists, Jessica decided at a very early age that she would continue on with the family tradition. She began styling at seventeen and honed her skills by working with the very best in the business. Seeing beauty through a multi-generational lens has helped to solidify Jessica's belief that every woman is beautiful; consequently, Jessica is committed to helping women realize the true beauty in all aspects of their lives.
Jessica's vision of accessible beauty is woven into everything she does and her ability to spot the hottest hair and beauty trends is why magazines such as Allure, In Style, and Cosmopolitan regularly feature her beauty advice. Jessica is frequently featured in Health and Beauty segments on Access Hollywood, Extra, Style Her Famous, and is a contributor to the Style Network, TLC, Glam Slam, Teen Vogue, and US Weekly.
Jessica is currently the head stylist at Serge Normant's new salon in Los Angeles and her natural approach to everyday beauty is a perfect complement to the new AVEENO® NOURISH+ Hair Care Collection.

Don't rip through tangles from the top down. Start combing at the bottom and work your way up until the knot is free.
Never brush out tangles on wet hair. Use a wide-tooth comb instead.
Protect your hair from everyday damage with a leave-in treatment. Let your hair air dry at least 50% before blow drying to limit the damage that the intense blow dryer heat can cause.
Make sure your haircut flatters your face and works with your hair texture. Your hair will never do what you want it to do if it is overgrown in all the wrong places.
Give your hair a rest at least once a week with no heat styling. Wrap it in a chic bun or a ponytail with some leave-in treatment. Shorter styles look great loose and natural.
When heat styling, remember to keep it moving. Don't hold an iron or hair dryer in one place for too long. Think of your hair like a silk blouse. It can take some heat but if you keep the iron on it for long, it would singe and burn.
Keeping hair trimmed is so important. Even a simple dusting off of the ends will keep hair in shape and looking great. If you are kind to your hair, trims can be spread out to every 3 months.
