It gives this moisturizer a sheeny/radiant look that can highlight pores and flaws in those with breakouts/acne prone skin. I have been using this for 4 weeks now. It’s lightweight, and very hydrating. I put about 4 pumps on my face to ensure i am getting the stated SPF on the bottle. It does not smell like sunscreen, and the fragrance is fresh and dissipates quickly. It’s moderately protective and i have even used it at the beach with good results. If you would please remove the mica i would happily purchase as long as you make it!

I'm in my late 30's, with normal to dry skin, showing first signs of aging plus still getting hormonal breakouts. I've been waiting for an SPF product to come out in the Clear Complexion line, because sun protection is important. I was hoping it would be matte & not exacerbate acne, but sadly this product was just too oily for me. By the end of a normal day wearing it, my skin looked greasy enough that someone commented on it, and my makeup had worn off. It even has a faint shimmer to it. I'm confused by this product marketing, I don't think it's a bad product, though maybe it would be better suited for someone with dry or dull skin, than for oily or acne-prone skin.

May have been the fragrance, this entire "clear complexion" line has a very strong smell. They should consider making this fragrance free as many customers have stated that.

My skin breaks out with most spf products so I figured I’d try this because I love all the other Aveeno Clear Complexion products. This one is a hard pass for me. Even though my skin is normal/acne prone, when I wear this, the sheen makes my face look oily rather than hydrated. And after I month of use I’m breaking out worse than when I was a teen. I do not recommend.
