Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be great This was the only facial cleanser our entire family used. The formula changed, it's obvious. The new formula is not as gentle and leaves skin feeling dry. I'm sad to say that we are moving on to something else, not by choice but out of necessity.

Why you found it necessary to change the formula is beyond me! It now stinks like melted plastic, has less effective cleansing & feels completely slimy to the touch. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it … and you sadly destroyed it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Formula has changed, for the worse I have used this cleanser for years. It’s the only one that works for my breakouts and dry skin. I don’t know when they changed the formula, but I went to buy a new one and the bottle looked different. Thought it was just a cosmetic change. Until I used it. It smelled chemically and my face got bright red and blotchy. I dug the old one out of the trash and the ingredients list is different. Won’t use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to cleanser for 20 years This has been my go-to facial cleanser for probably 20 years, and all of a sudden I can’t find it anywhere. HELP! I’m in my mid-70s and my skin looks much younger. This cleanser is very easy on my skin, but still takes care of getting all makeup off (including eye makeup) and keeping my skin soft and supple. Please don’t tell me Aveeno has stopped making it.

It doesn’t dry out my skin and gives it a nice glow. All of a sudden I’m not finding it in the stores that I shop in, what the heck happened to it?!
