Wet area to be shaved. Put small amount of gel on fingertips and rub over skin to produce a rich lather. Shave and rinse.

Best Shave Gel on the Market!
This is the best shave gel, cream, soap, etc. you can buy! It provides a non-irritating, close shave and really helps prevent razor bumps. It also works for coarse facial hair and oily, acne prone skin. Aveeno Therapeutic Shave Gel is the ONLY shaving gel or cream I will use. Thank you, Aveeno!

Best shaving cream for sensitive skin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband used get razor bumps and cuts quite frequently. Since switching to Aveeno shaving cream, he has never complained and is very happy with the product.

WOW!
Purchased as an order filler on a whim from Target. I am glad I did. Just a little on a wet face has provided the best, most comfortable shave experience I've had in years. I told my son about it, and he says the same thing. Simply an amazing product that works.

I like it.
I'm starting to try different shaving products to see if there is one I really love. I saw this on the shelf and decided to give it a try. I like the aveeno body washes so I figured this would be good as well. The only thing is I actually nicked my self more than usual. Which this product states it will help try to prevent. I'll continue to use it until it's gone. I would probably buy it again.

I have used it for years and it is the best! My only disappointment is that it is not available in a travel size. We can’t just switch brands when we travel, so I’m begging you...

Only shaving cream that works for me
I started using this years ago after seeing recommendations for it and it's worked well for me. When I went on vacation to my brother's house in another state, I thought it would be ok to just use his shaving cream for a few weeks. I was wrong! I broke out horribly and it took over a month for my skin to recover. I'll never stray from Aveeno shaving cream again. Everything else is too drying, breaks me out, doesn't work well as a shaving cream, or some combination of the above.
I'll join the chorus of voice begging you to make a travel size. I can't just use a different brand for a few weeks; my skin is incredibly sensitive and finicky. And I don't wanna buy a whole new can.

Therapeutic Shave Gel not good
After using a competitive product (can't mention it, let's call it Rivia) for 20 years, I decided to try something new. Rivia, which was labeled as for sensitive skin, was great. The Aveeno product is a different texture and does not produce as comfortable a shave. I got nicks I don't get with Rivia. After two shaves, I'm going to continue with it to give it a good chances to please me. I'll answer the 'recommend' question below this way: If someone asked me to recommend it, I would say yeah, try it. But tell them what I thought about it.
